Tainted Milk Scandal and Scare Continues to Plague the State of Maryland in the Realm of Civil Courts

A Maryland based company, with affiliations to the manufacturers of the tainted Chinese milk, may be subject to product liability laws in the United States for their liability in the role of the promulgation of the tainted milk.
